Antonio J. Rodríguez Soto
Founder & CEO
Holding an M.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, Antonio acts as the technical architect behind Tech First’s deployment engine. His career as a software engineer and systems architect in scalable infrastructure and AI integration defines the benchmark for our technical screening.
He directly engineered the validation protocols that allow our network to rigorously vet over 1,100 distributed candidates monthly while strictly maintaining premium quality standards.
Elizabeth Gutiérrez Roman
Chief Operating Officer
With a B.S. from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez and an M.S. in Project Management from Northeastern University, Elizabeth owns the execution, compliance, and delivery frameworks that safeguard our cross-border operations.
Specializing in complex logistics and structured management, she leads the operational teams responsible for maintaining our team-wide 4-day median time-to-first-submission and securing a 100% offer-acceptance rate across enterprise deployments.
